When's the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
To arrive before Christmas, order by Friday 18 December with standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48), or by Monday 21 December with express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24).
Delivering to the Highlands & Islands? Please leave an extra 2 days.
Can I return a Christmas present?
Yes. We've extended our returns for Christmas, so gifts can come back right up until 28 February 2027. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.

How much is delivery?
Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3–4 working days) is free when you spend £50 or more, and £3.95 below that.
Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1–2 working days) is £4.95, or just £1.95 when you spend £50 or more. Orders placed after 8am are dispatched the next working day.
Is there a free gift?
Yes – spend £50 or more and we'll add a free gift to your order while stocks last.
What sizes do your duvet sets come in?
Most of our duvet sets come in single, double, king and super king, with matching pillowcases included. Pick your size on each product to see what's available.
How do I care for my bedding and throws?
Fabric and care details are under "Materials & care" on every product. Most of our bedding and throws are machine washable; a few cushions and curtains need spot cleaning or dry cleaning, so it's worth a quick check.
Can I send a gift straight to someone else?
Of course – just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Every order is sent tracked, so you'll get tracking details by email once it's on its way. If anything isn't right, email hello@happylinencompany.co.uk.
