We use Evri, Royal Mail and DHL as our nominated courier partner for UK deliveries.
We use Fedex for international deliveries.
A delivery charge of £3.95 will apply to mainland UK orders under £30. Orders over £30 benefit from free standard shipping to mainland UK addresses.
We offer standard and premium delivery services. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-4 working days, whereas premium delivery arrives within 1-2 working days.
We endeavour to deliver within 2 working days. We ask that you supply a mobile phone number and email address at the time of order so that the courier can communicate with you directly regarding your delivery. We will never share your details with any other 3rd party. Of course we are always here to help if you have any issues.
Our couriers will require a signature for any delivery made to you.
Returns & Refunds
We strive to make sure that no items are faulty, going through a rigorous quality testing process. That includes at the factory, as well as in our own homes with our children, families and friends! However, if something has slipped through the net and manages to find its way to you, please email us so that we can arrange a return or exchange for you.
Any faulty items will be refunded in full or exchanged – As they say the choice is yours!
Please note that faulty items do not include damage sustained by over use, wear and tear and abuse. This does not affect your statutory rights. We run a generous 100-day, no questions asked, returns program, provided that products are returned to us in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Returns are made at your own cost.
